Said information will be processed and/or used by authorized personnel of BUENOS NEGOCIOS who, by the nature of their duties, need to process and/or use your personal data, for the purpose of fulfilling our welfare and assistance work.
BUENOS NEGOCIOS will collect the personal data necessary and sufficient for the viability of providing the services offered. BUENOS NEGOCIOS does not request sensitive personal data in any section. This includes, but is not limited to, racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, union affiliation, political opinions, or sexual preference, among others.
Means to exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO Rights).
You may request Access to your Personal Data and to this Privacy Notice; Rectification of the data if you notice that it is inaccurate or incomplete; Cancellation if you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the corresponding principles, duties, and obligations; as well as Opposition to the processing of your Personal Data for specific purposes, and the revocation of any consent previously granted for the processing of such Personal Data.

(i) A signed copy of an official photo ID.
(ii) A power of attorney and ID of your legal representative, if the request is submitted through a representative.
(iii) If exercising the right to Rectification, documentary evidence of the requested changes.
Messages sent via email for promotional purposes, annual reports, news, relevant information, changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Notice, and any other message that could be deemed beneficial to the user, will only be sent to you and to those contacts registered for such purpose, as well as to the email accounts provided when filling out our forms.

All data entered into the portal https://buenosnegocios.mx/, including name, address, telephone number, email address, among others, is encrypted using a sophisticated, state-of-the-art technology method and sent to our secure server. This data cannot be read in any way during transmission.
BUENOS NEGOCIOS is not responsible for attacks by third parties—such as hackers, spammers, trojans, viruses, etc.—on the server, databases, and emails.
For your security, do not send your credit card number or sensitive data via email, as email communication does not travel encrypted.
We recommend that you do not disclose your personal information and passwords to anyone. BUENOS NEGOCIOS will never request your password in any phone call or email message.
BUENOS NEGOCIOS does not sell or rent user information.
